LightMoney ("LightMoney," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at https://lightmoney.com (the "Site"), a research tool that lets you search publicly traded companies and mutual funds and see how they score across social and environmental causes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information you provide to us. When you contact us or sign up for updates, we collect the information you choose to give us, including:

• Your name (first and last)
• Your email address
• The contents of any message you send us through our contact form
• Your newsletter preference, if you choose to opt in

Information collected automatically. • Data partners. LightMoney scores and related data are provided in partnership with Ethos ESG. Tools we link to, such as EthosESG.com, are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, in response to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LightMoney, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and tools, including EthosESG.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We retain newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
